No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for monetary reimbursement.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible items if there is a major issue with your order. Exchange requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and may require proof of purchase and photos of the item.

Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• Returned in original packaging when possible

• Approved by our team prior to exchange

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Handmade Product Disclaimer

Please understand that handcrafted products are not factory-made. Small differences in color, shape, texture, sizing, brush strokes, or design details may occur. These slight imperfections are normal in handmade work and help make each piece one-of-a-kind.
