Cancellation Policy

**Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** To receive a full refund, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund. This policy is due to costs already incurred for event planning, staffing, food purchases, and art supply preparation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
